Panix Staff

The following folks are the staff to "hey" if there's something wrong with the system:

Remember that you have to login to a Panix host to send a "hey," and that some staff members may leave a connection up when they're not actually looking at the screen. You can check their idle time if you have any doubt. The person you reach isn't necessarily the one who will fix the system problem, but that person can probably reach someone who can.

Please use "hey" only to report urgent system problems. If you can send email to staff that is generally is preferable.
